July 4th was a little bit of a bummer, it rained most of the day.
Jim and I kicked off the morning with a nice kayaking trip around the lake, it was awesome, calm water like glass, it was so peaceful, I enjoyed looking at all of the beautiful houses.
We did a group family picture in our flag shirts, Emily thought it was really cool that we had matching shirts.
Dave and I had signed up for an event called Blast on the Bridge and sold some Sun Towels. Unfortunately with the rain the crowd was a little light for most of the day, but the fireworks still went off at 10pm!
Emily enjoyed time with the family, while I was away for my longest time ever, 7 hours!
