Today at play group we did a practice round for the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt. I was surprised how well Emily did finding the eggs, I look forward to Saturday's "real" hunt. Today each child found 4 eggs and turned them in for a small bag of jelly beans. The jelly beans allowed me to grocery shop for 1.5 hours - I had a LONG list! She only ate a couple, but I bribed her with them, she had to sit down and be good to get one. The shopping wore her out, she fell asleep in the car on the way home and was so out that I transferred her to her crib asleep! Now she is sleeping with her coat and shoes on.
