Family Vacation for July 4th Holiday

We had an amazing July 4th Vacation again this year.  We went to my brother's lake house in Indianapolis and my entire immediate family stayed together in his house, there were 15 of us!

Jim, Emily, Mary and I got to Dave's on Thursday afternoon.  We were the second to arrive, my parents got there Thursday morning.  Typically there is a competition to get down to Dave's first to secure the best bedroom, but this year the arrangements were already made, and we weren't going to get up at 5am to beat everyone there like we have on other years.  

On Thursday it was relaxing, we shucked peas that we brought from our garden and went to the store to get groceries for the weekend.
