August 14th was a big day, we had the estate auction for Jim's dad in Flint. A lot of work went into the auction, cleaning out the house, open houses, advertising, and getting everything ready.
The day went well, most of everything sold, and there was a great turn out. The weather was 90+ with like 100% humidity so we roasted, but at least the rain held off until after the auction was over.
