My Camera is Missing
Last week I misplaced my camera, so there has been a delay in pictures and blog postings. I think I left it at the park, UGH! I checked the park, car and pretty much everywhere, so I think it's gone. Luckily I am pretty good at downloading pictures often so I didn't have a ton of pictures on it when I lost it. Last weekend my mom lent us her camera so I have been using that and have a ton of pictures to post from the last several days. It was great to have a camera because Jim's cousin got married last weekend, so many pictures coming very soon! If you find my camera or have recommendations on a nice inexpensive new, small digital camera, let me know!

Mom's B-Day Cake Looks Good
Fun at Uncle Dave's

Here are a few other fun pictures from our weekend at Uncle Dave's. One night we went to a Mexican restaurant nearby and Dave order Margarita's for him and Jim. You should have seen the look on Jim's face when they arrived, they were HUGE! The food was good, and Emily loved having all of the chips and salsa at the beginning of dinner.
Emily also liked riding on Dave's four wheeler, which was just her size.
My grandma does cross stitch and she made this great picture for my brother, which we took him when we went to visit him. She does an amazing job.
The last picture is Emily helping Dave fill the bird feeder, she loved watching the birds, squirrels, chipmunks and ducks at Dave's house.
The Park in Indy

On morning Emily was getting restless at Uncle Dave's and he was trying to get some work done, so went to the park. Emily went down the BIG slide all by herself, but then she decided she liked going down daddy or mommy better. Emily really doesn't have much fear (yet) and loves to experience things.

Uncle Dave's Lake House - Labor Day Weekend

For Labor Day weekend we went to my brother Dave's lake house. It's really a great vacation spot, Dave has lots of room, and lives on Geist Reserve. Emily loves going "real fast" in Uncle Dave's boat, although this past weekend she kept telling him to slow down because she can see better when we go slower. Plus Dave has a hot tub which he keeps at about 96 degrees, so it's more like a huge bath with bubbles, jets and fun lights. Emily also enjoyed throwing crackers to the ducks off the dock, and going with me in the kayak.

She was so Proud

Emily was so proud of herself yesterday when we went to our neighbors to see their new pet bunny. The bunny is only 4 weeks old, so I was imagining it would be a little smaller, but they must grow fast. The bunny was so soft, it was like velvet and Emily was so happy holding the bunny. It got a little nervous so they took it back to the basement and Emily kept wanting to go see it, she loved it! Guess what she is going to want to do every day now?
